Certificates are issued automatically when you finish every required module in a course. You must be signed in to see or print them.
- Sign in.
- Go to My certificates (/my-certificates). It lists every certificate you've earned.
- Open the certificate you want.
- Click Print Certificate (PDF). The PDF opens in a new tab, where you can print it or save it.
If nothing opens: your browser is blocking pop-ups for this site. Allow pop-ups for the site, then click Print Certificate (PDF) again.
On a phone: the PDF opens in a new tab. Use the browser's share menu to print or save it.
Finished a course but no certificate? Ask the assistant "audit my completions" — it checks for courses where every module is done but no certificate was issued, and offers to fix them. If the audit shows nothing wrong, contact support. See I finished a course but it didn't give me credit.
